About our Support 24/7 service
The service is available outside our regular opening hours.
Opening hours: 8:00-17:00 (Closed for lunch 12:00-13:00)
The main purpose is to ensure that our clients can be able to get fast support if they encounter technical problems.
Call our Support 24/7 service if
- Equipment stops working on set
- You are having acute technical problems
- You need extra equipment outside our regular opening hours (subject to charge of fee)
Charge may apply if clients do not have the necessary knowledge to handle our equipment.
Support 24/7 fee – 1 250 SEK / hour
We do not charge any fee if the shoot is interrupted or is likely to be delayed due to circumstances caused by Dagsljus.
